I am a "Sex in the City" fan. In fact, my main ringtone is the theme from that popular show! As much as I enjoy watching it, I am, unfortunately, fashionably handicapped.
When it comes to footwear my retail choices are:
1) The SALE rack at Macy's
2) Payless Shoe Source
3) Lady Footlocker (SALE, of course)
I've heard and seen Sarah Jessica Parker's character go on and on about shoes and purses, etc. on the show. From time to time I'd hear the words "Manolo Blahnik" escape from Carrie Bradshaw's lips.
Today, at Tisha and Brent's wedding, I met, for the very first time, a real live pair of Manolo Blahniks!
They were beautiful! As a working professional, mom and now, wife, Tisha rewarded herself with these exquisite pair of envied designer footwear. She totally deserves them! And she looked beautiful in them!
You may not see them here, but you can see Tisha radiating from her toes (hence the Manolo's doing it's work) all the way to the top of her veil! Stunning!
It was a pleasure working with Tisha and Brent's wedding party who all looked gorgeous in a couple of my favorite colors - orange and yellow!!!
